These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”), operated by subsidiaries of Pacific NW Holdings, Inc., including Mixed Tap Beverage Kegging LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please exit the Site immediately.

1. Minimum Age Requirement

The Site is intended solely for individuals aged 21 and older. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. If you are under 21, you must exit the Site immediately.

2. Nature of Our Services & Legal Compliance

Mixed Tap does not sell, ship, or deliver alcohol. We sell and deliver non-alcoholic ingredients only. Promotions, including discounts and giveaways, are not offered on liquor products. No alcohol is sold or distributed through this Site.

Alcoholic beverages ordered through the Site are not sold by us. All alcohol purchases are processed through and fulfilled by the Oregon Liquor & Cannabis Commission (OLCC) or its designated agents pursuant to Oregon law. The OLCC completes and delivers the alcohol order directly to the customer.

Upon delivery of our non-alcoholic kegged components, we may infuse the alcohol on-site only after OLCC delivery, in full compliance with applicable Oregon regulations. By using the Site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws relating to alcohol use, purchase, and consumption.

3. Account Creation & Use Through BEVIO

MixedTap.com may also collect customer information directly, as described in our Privacy Policy. To place orders, users must log in through a subsidiary of Pacific NW Holdings, Inc., BEVIO (the “BEVIO Platform”). When creating an account or logging in, you are transferred to BEVIO (beviops.com), which maintains its own data collection and processing practices.

4. SMS Opt-In

By enrolling in SMS notifications through your account settings and confirming via reply YES, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from Mixed Tap Beverage Kegging LLC regarding order confirmations, delivery scheduling, and delivery status updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time.

5. Responsible Use

We encourage responsible consumption and strictly discourage excessive drinking, drunk driving, or unlawful use of alcohol.

6. Promotions & Affiliate Links

Promotions offered on the Site apply only to non-alcoholic merchandise or other legally eligible products/services. Participation may be void where prohibited.
The Site may contain affiliate links. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit content to the Site or our social media channels, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content. You agree not to submit content that:

  • Encourages underage or irresponsible drinking

  • Promotes impaired driving

  • Infringes intellectual property rights

  • Is illegal or inappropriate

We reserve the right to remove any user content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, patents, and intellectual property displayed on the Site are owned or licensed by the Company. Use without written permission is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Oregon courts.
